Beginning from November, 2006, 8 Towns (subdistricts) in Nanhai will adopt a brand-new financial management mode with a self-developed township public property information management system with unified financing, unified payment, unified auditing and unified property management as the key, effect a timely supervision of revenue and expense process of budgeting, budget execution so as to realize an efficient and transparent financing execution.
Deepening the reform of administrative approval system to realize a "highly efficient Nanhai" and enabling Nanhai to be one of the most efficient areas in administrative approval in the Pear River Delta. [Commentary Links] The reform in administrative approval system brings convenience to investors and the city's residents. The focus of the reform in administrative approval system of Nanhai district in 2006 is to establish administrative service centers at the town (street) offices at the grass levels. Now such an administrative service system covers the whole district.
Nanhai is the first to execute "0-charge" in administration, offering one-stop service in a 3-day submission and 5-day approval system.
